Size Guide — Shapewear, Waist Trainers & Recovery Wear
How to Measure Yourself
For the best fit, take your measurements while wearing thin undergarments. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it snug but not tight.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline — usually about 2 inches above your belly button.
Hips
Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks with feet together.
Bust
For bodysuits, measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra.

Sizing Tips
- Between sizes? Size up for everyday comfort, size down for maximum compression.
- Postpartum? Order your current size, not pre-pregnancy size.
- Waist trainers? Order exact waist measurement. Should close on loosest hook.
- First time? Start with medium compression before trying firm styles.
